We offer FREE US SHIPPING on orders over $75 . You can use reward codes or discount codes AND still receive free US shipping on qualifying orders! 

All order we ship have insurance coverage with no additional cost to you. Your order is protected! If you place multiple orders, and our team can catch it they may be combined. Shipping and fees are non-refundable. For any reason.

My Pretty Posh Princess only carries the highest of quality items!!! We will do a return (20% restocking fee) if you contact us within 3 days of your items delivery- we agree on a return, and your provide us with a tracking number for your return within 48 hours of contacting us! After 3 days, there are no returns! Shipping fees are your responsibility, and will not be refunded! Returns will be processed minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product(s) as long as they are in the SAME condition & quantity as when shipped to you. Lost or damaged packages need to be filed with the USPS. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on lost or damaged packages! If you wish to purchase insurance to cover these events, please contact My Pretty Posh Supply immediately after purchasing your order! We process orders very quickly, and if you wait to long... it will already be shipped! :) We do not do exchanges. You may return items (at your expense) to receive the refund (minus the restocking fee) and purchase the new items you are needing.

Cancellations are not accepted for any reason. If you place an order with us, it will ship to you. Please make sure, prior to submitting payment that you want everything in your cart. WE WILL NOT DO A CANCELLATION! Shipping is non-refundable!
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL HAVE A 30% RESTOCKING FEE- UPON CHECKING ALL CONTENTS ARE RECEIVED BY US IN THE SAME UNOPENED/ UNUSED CONDITION.Â
